By booking a lesson or course with us, you agree to the following terms.

Don’t worry — we’ve kept it simple.

 

1. Our Services

We offer French tutoring through face-to-face individual lessons, group classes in our fully-equipped classroom in Mackenzie (Qld, 4156) and online courses. Tuition at your place may be arranged.

All lessons are delivered as described on our website.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Lessons must be booked through our website or official channels.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Alternatively, payment in two instalments may be arranged upon request.

 

We offer several convenient ways to pay for your lessons and course packages:

  • Reference: Please include your full name so we can match your payment.

3. Canceling & Refunds

  • If you need to cancel a private lesson:

    • Cancel 48 hours or more in advance → full refund or reschedule.

    • Cancel less than 48 hours → no refund, but rescheduling may be possible.

  • Cancellation for course packages or workshops:

    • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided no lessons have been attended. The full amount minus a 10% processing fee will be refunded. Requests must be made in writing and received at least 7 days before the commencement of the course.

    • After attending lessons, refunds aren’t available, but remaining lessons can be rescheduled within 3 months.

  • If we cancel:

    • We may occasionally need to reschedule. In that case, you’ll get a full refund or an alternative lesson.

    • We reserve the right to rearrange or cancel courses / workshops if a minimum number of students is not reached. 

 

4. Respectful Learning

We ask all students to be respectful and follow the tutor’s guidance. Disruptive behavior may result in termination of lessons without a refund.

 

5. Course Materials

All lesson materials provided are ours. Please don’t share or reproduce them without permission.

 

6. Our Promise & Limits

We do our best to help you learn French, but we cannot guarantee exact results. We are not responsible for indirect or unexpected issues arising from lessons.

 

7. Privacy

We use your information (name, email, payment details) only to provide lessons. We never share your info without your permission, except if required by law.

 

8. Changes & Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updates.

 

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under local courts.
